Joy bells ring when I relive my recent cataract experience, thanks to you. Some physicians have warm and pleasant personalities. Some are admirably skilled at what they do, but cold cucumbers toward their clients. You are a combination of seemingly super-human skill, efficient workmanship, and a compassionate, concerned attitude toward your clients. Please never change or lose your steam.
